2016 Kia Soul Heralds Return of Hamsters, Arrival of Turbo

First, it was dancing hamsters. Then it was fit hamsters. Then it was electric sexy hamsters. Now, its banjo-playing turbo hamsters. If you haven't guessed by now, our favorite fluffy rodents are back, throwing it down in the name of the impressive Kia Soul. Once again, their appearance is surrounding a new model of the Korean automaker's compact CUV.

The announcement that a turbocharged Soul was on its way came as a bit of a surprise to us, although we knew that Kia had been toying with the idea for quite some time. Since 2012, they have released two prototypes bearing a turbo mill. Now, we have it from trusted news sources that the turbo Soul debuting this winter will house the 1.6-liter mill, and offer between 175 and 201 horsepower. We're excited to see it on our lot!

To get your first taste of the Soul, or another new Kia model, contact our Concord, NC dealership by email or phone. We'd be happy to tell you all about our models, and to schedule you with a test drive with any that best fit you.
